Redeemer LifeGroups

What is a LifeGroup?

Life happens around a table.

A LifeGroup is a small group of people who meet in a home to know each other, grow in Christ together, and encourage one another to live faithfully. It is a meal, an open Bible, honest conversation, and prayer for each other by name.

It is not a Bible study with snacks, and it is not a social club. It is where the vision of Redeemer becomes real. You cannot fully be known, belong, and become more like Christ in a Sunday gathering alone. That kind of growth happens in real relationships, week after week.

What a night looks like

About 90 minutes together.

Share a meal.

Every gathering starts around the table. We eat together, catch up, and make room for newcomers. We never skip this part.

Open the Word.

We look again at the passage from Sunday’s sermon, so what we heard together becomes something we live together.

Talk honestly.

A few simple questions help us see what the text says, what it means, and what it asks of us this week. No one is put on the spot.

Pray the text.

We pray the passage back to God: praising Him for who He is, surrendering what He calls us to, bringing our needs, and asking for strength for the week ahead.

Go and live it.

We leave with one clear step. What will we do this week because of what we read?

Getting started

LifeGroups launch Sunday, January 3, 2027.

Groups meet in homes across the Sandhill and North Rankin area. Whether you are new to Redeemer or have been with us from the start, there is a seat at the table for you. Let us know you’re interested and we’ll help you find a group.

Leading a group

You don’t have to have all the answers.

The best LifeGroup leaders are not the people who know the most. They are the people who care the most and are willing to open their lives and their homes. Leading a LifeGroup is a shepherding role, and you will never do it alone. Every leader receives training, discussion guides for each week, and regular care from our pastors. If you sense God calling you to lead, we would love to talk.
